CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION SERIES

See our full schedule here underthe CLASS SERIES tab

Lamaze Childbirth Education: The Lamaze Childbirth Education series at Everyday Miracles is rooted in the best medical evidence available on how to promote a safe and healthy birth.  Over four weeks and twelve hours, families will learn what to expect as well as understand their choices during pregnancy and birth.  We create a warm, welcoming environment for all families to learn how to give birth and begin parenting with confidence.  Learn more about the Lamaze philosophy at www.lamaze.org

VBAC Preparation: This series is for families looking for an empowered vaginal birth after Cesarean(s). We will provide the latest research on VBAC, review the labor and birth process, practice hands on comfort techniques and positions to increase your confidence for your upcoming birth and help identify choices you have in planning for your upcoming birth.

The Bradley Method®:  The Bradley Method® teaches natural childbirth and views birth as a natural process. It is our belief that most people with proper education, preparation, and the help of a loving and supportive coach can be taught to give birth naturally. This ten-week series provides a thorough understanding of the process of giving birth naturally. We cover healthy pregnancy, stages of labor, writing a birth plan, unexpected situations including cesarean, breastfeeding, postpartum, and newborns. Families will learn a new relaxation technique each week as we practice comfort measures in this hands-on series. Please feel free to invite your doula or other labor support person if they would benefit from learning the The Bradley Method® in order to support you during labor and birth.
Please note: This class is not eligible for a discount for Medicaid families. A limited amount of discounted spots are available. Please contact us for more infomation.
