STAFF
Abby
Administration & Operations Manager | email Abby >
As the Director of Administration and Operations, I’m deeply committed to supporting families through every stage of childbirth and parenthood. Being a mom to three; my school-age son and a set of toddler twins, has given me both the heart and first hand experience to understand the joys, challenges, and everyday magic of raising a family. Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking in moments with my family, caring for our dogs and chickens, or baking up delicious loaves of sourdough.
Angie
OFFICE COORDINATOR | EMAIL ANGIE >
As Office Coordinator, Angie is often the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and connecting families to the resources they need. Originally from Ecuador, she speaks Spanish and English and understands the importance of compassionate customer service.
She has a passion for supporting underrepresented communities shaped by her own lived experience, and she believes healthcare should be accessible, culturally responsive, and grounded in dignity.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys finding creative outlets that bring joy to her life, whether through reading, writing, or discovering a new hobby.

Holly is the Office Support and Education Coordinator at Everyday Miracles. She provides valuable assistance with various tasks that may arise in our office and is also responsible for scheduling and addressing any inquiries related to our childbirth education classes. Holly is a birth doula, childbirth and breastfeeding educator located in the twin cities. She is a mother to three boys, and a full time student pursuing admissions to a Physician's Assistant program. She has been a birth doula for nine years. When Holly is not studying or attending a birth, you will find her at many of the local hockey rinks around the city attending practices or games for her little one.
Jana
duluth Coordinator | EMAIL Jana>
Jana is a "sort-of" retired CPM community midwife based in Duluth. She started in journalism, but shifted to midwifery when her own births opened new awareness. She ran a busy home-birth practice in Duluth for many years, serving Northeastern, Minnesota. Jana is a former administrator and instructor at the Midwives College of Utah, and served as the Midwest representative on the board of the Midwives Alliance of North America. When not working with women and babies, she is likely at her off-grid cabin in a kayak or in a rocking chair on the front porch.
Ruthe
BREAST PUMP AND CAR SEAT COORDINATOR | EMAIL RUTHE>
Ruthe is the Breast Pump and Car Seat Coordinator at Everyday Miracles. She is responsible for facilitating both the car seat and breast pump programs, answering questions or concerns and more. She comes from the University of Minnesota where she focused on Biology and Public Health. As a first generation student and daughter of a single mother, Ruthe has pursued a career dedicated to advancing healthcare and advocating for marginalized communities in clinic settings. She is deeply committed to sexual and reproductive health, health equity, and maternal and child care. She hopes to continue to leverage her scientific expertise and advocacy passion to foster a more inclusive environment in healthcare for women and birthing people all over. Outside of work, you can find Ruthe in a yoga class, exploring new restaurants and thrift stores, at a concert or traveling with her friends and family. She is excited to work with an organization that puts women and their families first!
