Pregnancy is the perfect time to begin or continue a yoga practice. Regular practice can help keep the body strong and flexible and alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy. It can also help moms bond with their baby, find focus and mindfulness that will help them through challenges and transitions of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, and enjoy the community and support of other expectant moms.

Childcare is available at a nearby fitness center for our Monday and Wednesday classes for a small fee. See registration for details. 


Classes are 100 percent covered by Medicaid insurance plans (zero out-of-pocket fess).

$10 per class/ community

*Only those with a state-funded/Medicaid insurance plan should request a code. Those with private insurance are welcome to register and attend, however class must be paid out-of-pocket.
