Choose the pump that's right for you, submit your request, have your healthcare provider fax EM a prescription, and we'll take care of the rest.

*If you are receiving your pump through Commerical Insurance, you may be responsible for deductibles and co-pays on certain plans.

HOW TO REQUEST A BREAST PUMP

1. Submit a Request

Complete our online request form.

2. Send Your Prescription

Ask your healthcare provider to send your breast pump prescription to Everyday Miracles by fax or email.

3. We Verify Your Coverage

We'll verify your insurance and contact you if we need any additional information.

4. Your Pump Ships

Once approved, your breast pump will be shipped directly to your home.

When Should I Request My Pump?

We recommend submitting your request during your third trimester. This gives us time to verify your insurance and ship your pump before your baby arrives.
