This workshop integrates elements of traditional mindfulness practices and childbirth preparation. Birthing parents will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, and how to apply them to coping with the intensity of labor. These skills will help cultivate a sense of calm and wellbeing in pregnancy, parenting and life. Registration includes a support person, should you choose to bring one (they are welcome and encouraged, but not required!).
