In this yoga class, you will be guided through a flowing sequence of poses that focuses on breath, movement, and connection to your baby. Opportunities will be given for both challenge (cultivating a strong body for pregnancy and birth) and ease (restore and relax the mind and body) with many options for both newer yogis or experienced practitioners.
